**Description** We are looking for professionals to join our team as PMO Project Engineer. **Responsibilities and duties** * Coordinate the planning, control, and execution of the portfolio of R\&D\&I and Commercial projects of the Company, ensuring delivery within deadlines, scope, and budget established in accordance with good practices of PMBOK and other consolidated references. Develop, review, and implement internal project management documentation and methodologies, aligned with market best practices. Monitor and analyze project performance indicators, proposing and executing action plans for continuous improvement. Facilitate communication and collaboration among clients, suppliers, and internal teams, ensuring alignment of project expectations and requirements. Ensure that all project activities comply with internal procedures, regulatory standards, and best practices in safety and quality. Identify and manage risks and deviations, reporting critical issues and proposing viable corrective solutions to superiors, management, or clients. Act as the focal point for interaction with clients, suppliers, and partners, ensuring satisfaction and fulfillment of quality, scope, schedule, and cost requirements. **Requirements and qualifications** Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably with a postgraduate degree in Project Management or related fields. Proven experience in project management, preferably within a PMO environment.
