We are seeking a Senior Programmer Analyst to develop solutions supported by generative AI tools, delivering high-quality software faster, more creatively, and with stronger business value focus. **Responsibilities and duties** * Develop, evolve, and maintain systems and integrations using AI as a copilot (e.g., Claude Code and similar tools) * Translate business requirements into robust, scalable technical solutions * Apply prompt engineering best practices to accelerate delivery without compromising quality * Conduct code reviews, tests, and validations to ensure AI-assisted code meets security, performance, and maintainability standards * Actively participate in demand refinement, proposing feasible technical solutions * Contribute to the evolution of our AI-driven development culture by sharing learnings and best practices **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Science, or related fields * Solid software development experience (back-end, front-end, or full-stack) * Practical experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, or similar) * Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, C#, etc.) * Knowledge of Git version control, REST APIs, and relational databases * Strong analytical ability, autonomy, and a continuous improvement mindset * The following will be considered advantages: * Experience applying prompt engineering to software development * Hands-on experience with low-code/no-code automation (e.g., n8n, Make) * Knowledge of software architecture and integrations * Prior experience in the healthcare or cooperative sector * Participation in projects involving AI agents or MCPs **Additional information** * Contract type: PJ (individual contractor) * Hybrid work model * An environment that encourages daily AI usage—here it’s practice, not just a trend * A culture of innovation, autonomy, and continuous improvement * Opportunity to work on strategic projects for one of the largest healthcare cooperatives in Rio Grande do Sul **Have you ever considered joining a company that makes a real difference in caring for people?
