




Job Summary: A professional responsible for planning, organizing, executing, and delivering Uvepom’s projects, ensuring timeliness, quality, and cross-departmental alignment—with a focus on results. Key Highlights: 1. Acts as a liaison between teams, structuring routines and processes. 2. Leads project and digital marketing operations management. 3. Ensures adherence to deadlines, SLAs, and quality standards. **Job Mission** Ensure the planning, organization, execution, and delivery of Uvepom’s projects, guaranteeing timeliness, quality, cross-departmental alignment, and result orientation. Acts as a liaison among teams (traffic, copywriting, social media, design, BI, sales), structuring routines and processes, and monitoring project and campaign KPIs. **Main Responsibilities** Project and Operations Management * Support planning, structuring, and tracking of projects (campaigns, launches, funnels, products, internal improvements). * Support definition of scopes, timelines, responsibilities, and priorities. * Ensure adherence to deadlines, SLAs, and quality standards. * Organize and maintain up-to-date project management tools (e.g., Notion, ClickUp, Jira, etc.). * Support leaders in structuring departmental processes, proposing process, workflow, and operational organization improvements. Delivery Monitoring * Conduct management rituals: alignment meetings. * Monitor progress of tasks, remove blockers, and anticipate risks. * Follow up on deliveries in a structured, respectful, and results-oriented manner. Cross-Department Interface * Ensure alignment among traffic, copywriting, social media, design, sales, and leadership. * Centralize project communication to prevent rework or information misalignment. KPIs and Continuous Improvement * Create and monitor project KPIs (timeliness, productivity, bottlenecks, quality, rework). * Support leadership in structuring routines, standards, and scalability. **Technical Skills (Mandatory)** * Proficiency in project management (scope, timeline, prioritization, risk, and tracking). * Organization of operational workflows and routines. * Proficiency with project management tools (Notion, ClickUp, Trello, Asana, Jira, or similar). * Experience building and tracking schedules. * Experience reading and monitoring operational KPIs. * Proficiency in structuring processes within digital marketing operations. * Experience with campaigns, funnels, launches, digital products, or paid traffic operations. **Preferred Qualification** * Experience in **Direct Response operations** — Preferred. **Behavioral Skills** * **Organization and systemic thinking** * **Objective and assertive communication** * **Sense of priority and accountability** * **Analytical and problem-solving mindset** * **Conflict management and alignment facilitation**
