Professional growth based on performance **JOB: SENIOR DESIGNER – VANTI CREATIVE MARKETING** Vanti is looking for a Senior Designer to join the creative team and work on developing strategic visual assets for different brands and industries. We seek someone with a strong visual repertoire, refined aesthetic sense, and the ability to transform strategic briefs into consistent, visually compelling deliverables aligned with each client’s positioning. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Design social media assets (cards, carousels, stories, and highlight covers). * Develop visual concepts based on strategic briefs. * Adapt visual identity according to each brand served. * Support campaign and product launch development. * Collaborate closely with the social media, traffic, and audiovisual teams. * Ensure visual consistency, organization, and quality in all deliverables. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Prior experience as a Designer (senior level). * Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator). * Understanding of branding, composition, typography, and visual hierarchy. * Ability to clearly interpret strategic briefs. * Strong organizational skills and deadline management. * Critical eye and attention to detail. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * Experience in video editing (Premiere / After Effects). * Agency experience or exposure to multiple clients. * Familiarity with digital marketing and performance metrics. **WHAT YOU’LL FIND AT VANTI:** * Dynamic environment with high creative output. * Projects across diverse segments and levels of complexity. * Professional growth based on performance. * Collaboration within a multidisciplinary team.
