Opportunities for continuous growth and learning **Store Operator/Sales** We are looking for a Store Operator passionate about customer service, with contagious energy and a desire to make a difference. If you love working in a dynamic environment full of colors and smiles, this position is for you! **Work Location: Bourbon Shopping Novo Hamburgo \- Av. Nações Unidas, 2001 \- Rio Branco, Novo Hamburgo** **Schedule: Monday to Saturday from 13:40 \- 22:00, and Sundays from 14:00 \- 20:00 (6x1 rotating shift)** What We Expect From You: * Customer Service: Delight our customers—especially children—with exceptional service, helping them choose the perfect toys for every occasion; * Product Organization and Display: Manage receiving, pricing, organizing, and restocking merchandise, ensuring toys are always prominently displayed and ready to be selected and taken home by our young customers; * Interaction and Communication: Be an excellent communicator capable of answering questions and providing product information, creating a welcoming and fun atmosphere; * Inventory Control: Assist with inventory management and toy restocking, ensuring the store remains well-stocked and diverse; * Goals: Achieve and exceed daily and monthly sales targets; What We Offer: * A cheerful, motivating, and creative work environment where children (and adults) are always smiling. * Opportunities for growth and learning within a company that values team development. * Ongoing training to help you continuously improve in everything you do.
