Ensure correct receipt of goods, verifying quantities and quality of received products. **Responsibilities and duties** * Prepare the department for goods receipt, prepare spaces for pallet placement, check area cleanliness, and begin activities. * Receive goods, prepare receipt areas, verify cargo documentation (type, batch, brand, quantity). * Unload trucks, inspect general packaging condition and seals, select samples, and verify compliance with order requirements and product quality; measure temperatures of refrigerated truck compartments delivering perishables; if compliant, commence unloading. Collect cargo documentation and deliver it to the invoicing room for appropriate action. * Direct unloaded products to their designated locations in inventory, identify pallets with batch number, product type, and expiration date, coordinate goods storage.
