Warehouse Assistant

Description

Job Summary: Responsible for warehouse material control, receipt and organization of supplies, separation of raw materials, and external deliveries, ensuring workplace order and cleanliness. Key Highlights: 1. Inventory control and material organization in the warehouse 2. Performing external deliveries and pickups using the company's vehicle 3. Assisting with workplace order and cleanliness Manage the inflow and outflow of all warehouse materials, recording appropriate system entries. Receive materials from suppliers, verify quantities and quality, and organize them on shelves. Receive technical specifications for parts and separate the required raw materials for production. Deliver materials to employees for part manufacturing, and provide support regarding delivery of office supplies, maintenance items, and cleaning supplies. Perform external tasks using the company's vehicle, including goods delivery, material pickup from suppliers, and administrative document collection. Assist in maintaining workplace order and cleanliness, as well as equipment and tool upkeep. Occasionally assist in inventory processes.
