




Job Summary: Production operator responsible for the entire manufacturing cycle, from raw material preparation to packaging, quality control, and peer training. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for cutting, assembly, and finishing of products. 2. Involves quality control and product inspection. 3. Provides training and support to new employees. Receive production orders and raw materials to be cut, identify the product to be manufactured and its requirements. Sort, classify, arrange, and route products according to departmental workflow. Prepare, weigh, measure, and cut products and inputs. Assemble products according to departmental Work Instructions. Deburr, inspect, clean, and package products following the instructions specified in each product's Work Instructions. Unwind and rewind tubes correctly, cleaning and checking their quality. Perform screen printing and pad printing on medical products and components. Maximize time and raw materials, avoiding waste. Complete material requisition forms. Inspect part quality during the process, identifying and segregating non-conforming parts. Conduct inspections on components and semi-finished products prior to sterilization, using specific tools as described in Work Instructions. Identify, segregate, and record non-conforming items in production orders. Sign and record task execution and quantity of parts produced on Production Orders. Handle departmental documents containing confidential information. Meet production deadlines and targets. Clean and organize the work area. Seek supervisor support whenever production or equipment issues arise to maintain continuous operations. Train and support other employees in the same role.
