The professional will be responsible for accounts payable and receivable, daily revenue tracking, daily cash closing, and supporting the business’s financial management. **Main Responsibilities** * Perform **daily revenue tracking**, verifying cash, card, PIX, and other payment method sales; * Carry out **daily cash closing**, ensuring accurate reconciliation of amounts and identification of potential discrepancies; * Manage **accounts payable and accounts receivable**, monitoring deadlines and performing required entries; * Record **financial entries** for income and expenses in software or spreadsheets; * Verify and organize **invoices, bank slips, payment receipts, and other financial documents**; * Monitor payments to suppliers and other snack bar expenses; * Track revenue from in-store sales and food delivery apps; * Prepare **daily and monthly financial reports** (revenue, expenses, and cash flow); * Support **cash flow management**, contributing to the company’s financial organization; * Assist in identifying financial inconsistencies and opportunities for improving internal processes; * Perform other financial and administrative tasks related to the role. **Mandatory Requirements** * **Proven experience in finance**, especially in accounts payable and receivable; * Experience with **cash closing** and daily revenue tracking; * Completed **high school education**; * Proficiency in **Excel or financial spreadsheets**; * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and responsibility. **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience in **snack bars, restaurants, or food industry establishments**; * Familiarity with financial or management software. **Benefits** * **Transportation allowance** * **On-site meals** Job Type: Full-time CLT or Intermittent (freelance) Compensation: R$2.000,00 – R$2.500,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance
