Job Summary: Civil Engineer to provide comprehensive support for the management of private and public construction projects, from planning through execution, managing subcontractors and overseeing the project. Monitoring of construction execution and quality **Job Description:** We are seeking a Civil Engineer to join the team of a company engaged in private and public construction projects, located in Campo Bom/RS. The position is under a PJ (individual contractor) agreement with a monthly salary of R$ 6,000. Working hours are Monday to Friday during standard business hours. The professional will play a critical role in supporting full-scale construction project management, covering activities ranging from planning to on-site execution. Responsibilities: Provide direct support to the Responsible Engineer in the overall management and planning of construction projects; Interact with and directly manage subcontractors involved in projects; Closely monitor construction execution to ensure progress and quality align with project specifications; Actively collaborate in planning project phases and resource allocation; Identify requirements and communicate necessary procurement items to the purchasing department; Handle documentation (e.g., drawings) and interact with site inspectors. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; Prior knowledge and understanding of construction site operations; Strong communication skills and ability to lead technical teams.
