Apply now and join our journey. **Responsibilities and duties** * Develop high-level sales strategies aligned with the company's growth objectives throughout the entire sales process; * Manage the company’s key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing sales opportunities; * Analyze sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective measures; * Collaborate with senior management in setting sales targets, budgets, and long-term growth strategies; * Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers, including understanding each customer’s business dynamics; * Analyze market intelligence data to identify sales opportunities, track sales performance, and adjust strategies based on insights; * Develop long-term business strategies that drive sustainable company growth; * Lead tracking, from beginning to end, conducting daily monitoring to meet demands and generate additional business through these opportunities. **Requirements and qualifications** * Experience working in commercial areas of capital goods within companies in the heavy construction equipment industry; * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields; * Proficiency in Office suite; * Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus; * Knowledge of yellow line, white line, and agricultural line equipment sales.
