Job Summary: Manage hospital maintenance and infrastructure, ensuring continuous operation of critical systems and compliance with regulations, while leading technical teams. Key Highlights: 1. Management of preventive and corrective maintenance of building facilities 2. Coordination of contracts and third-party service providers 3. Leadership of technical teams and continuous process improvement **Key Responsibilities** * Manage preventive and corrective maintenance of building, electrical, hydraulic, HVAC, and medical gas systems * Ensure continuous operation of critical hospital systems (power supply, generators, UPS systems, air conditioning, etc.) * Coordinate contracts and third-party service providers (maintenance, technical cleaning, property security, etc.) * Ensure compliance with health surveillance, occupational safety, and applicable legislation * Plan and oversee construction, renovation, and expansion projects for hospital infrastructure * Control departmental budget, managing costs and investments * Implement performance indicators (KPIs) and promote continuous process improvement * Manage structural risks and contingency plans * Support internal and external audits (quality, accreditations, health surveillance) * Lead technical teams (maintenance, clinical engineering, facilities) **Requirements** **Education:** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical) or related fields * Postgraduate degree in Hospital Management, Clinical Engineering, or related fields is desirable **Experience:** * Solid experience in infrastructure management, preferably in the healthcare/hospital sector * Experience in contract management, building maintenance, and critical systems **Technical Knowledge:** * Regulatory standards (ANVISA, NRs, RDCs) * Maintenance management (preventive and corrective) * Project and construction management * Hospital utility systems * Microsoft Office suite / management systems Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$15.000,00 per month Work Location: On-site
