TOWARDS 2154! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support logistics for internal and external training programs; * Organize training schedules, invitations, and supporting materials; * Manage attendance lists; * Consolidate and organize reaction evaluations; * Support basic analysis of training outcomes; * Provide support and manage relationships with educational partners; * Update databases and departmental controls (KPIs); * Assist in organizing the training calendar; * Provide administrative and operational support for organizational development projects; * Organize departmental repositories, presentations, and documents; * Support standardization of templates and controls; * Assist in preparing meetings (agendas, materials, and records); * Support internal culture, engagement, and communication initiatives; * Support integration and people development initiatives. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree (Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields); * Basic knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint; * Availability to work 100% on-site in Campo Bom/RS; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Ability to collaborate effectively within teams and interact comfortably with diverse audiences. **Additional Information** **Meals** Meal Allowance / Food Voucher – Flexible card, usable for meals or food purchases, depending on days worked. **Quality of Life** ZZ in Balance Program – A comprehensive quality-of-life program covering emotional health, nutrition, physical activity, education, financial wellness, and benefit partnerships.
