Then take a look at the responsibilities for this position: **Requirements and qualifications** **Responsibilities and duties:** * Handle all Level 1 interactions (voice and digital) from Saque and Pague’s internal and external customers; * Ensure registration and traceability of requests for each interaction; * Strive for First Contact Resolution (FCR) in all interactions; * Demonstrate empathy in every contact to delight the customer; * Proactively contact customers (internal and external), when necessary; * Escalate to responsible departments or leadership upon identifying clear opportunities or risks. **Requirements and qualifications:** * Completed high school education; * Customer service experience; * Strong communication skills; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; * Pursuing a technical or undergraduate degree in Administration, Management Processes, Human Resources, or related fields is a plus. **Additional information** At Saque, you’re free to be yourself!
