




**Key Responsibilities** * Plan, execute, and monitor the company’s marketing strategy, aligned with corporate and commercial objectives. * Manage brand positioning, ensuring consistent communication across all touchpoints. * Lead and develop the marketing and market intelligence team, with clear definition of priorities, goals, and KPIs. * Collaborate closely with the sales department to support revenue generation through campaigns, marketing materials, events, and market analysis. * Monitor and analyze performance indicators (e.g., revenue, volume, customers, leads, events, market coverage, among others). * Ensure standardization of processes, records, historical data, and workflows, in line with the current phase of organizational structuring and preparation for certifications. * Coordinate events, promotional activities, and customer and partner relationship initiatives. * Manage vendors, contracts, schedules, and the marketing department’s budget. * Produce strategic analyses and presentations for the executive leadership and board, supporting decision-making. * Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, innovation, and evolution of the marketing function. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields. * Prior experience in strategic marketing. * Experience with KPIs, data analysis, and results-driven decision-making. * Experience in process structuring and organizing marketing routines. * Ability to work cross-functionally with departments such as Sales, HR, and Executive Leadership.
