Opportunity to apply e-commerce and management system skills We are seeking an Operational Assistant to support our day-to-day e-commerce operations, ensuring organization, efficiency, and accuracy at every stage of the process. Responsibilities: * Order picking, verification, and shipping; * Inventory organization and maintenance; * Support for general operational department routines; * Issuance and invoicing of fiscal notes; * Product registration in Bling, marketplaces, and e-commerce platforms (titles, descriptions, images, categories, EAN, etc.); * Basic photo editing using Canva; * Input and verification of fiscal notes; * Updating and organizing existing registrations. Mandatory Requirements: * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; * Efficiency in performing practical and operational tasks; * Basic computer literacy. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with e-commerce, marketplaces, or the Bling system; * Residing near or having easy access to the Cidade Nova neighborhood – BH.
