We are looking for a professional to work as an External Technician Assistant, performing fiber optic internet installations at our customers' homes. This position is ideal for those who enjoy working with technology and have a team spirit. Your main responsibilities will include: assisting technicians with fiber optic installations, conducting equipment tests, explaining internet usage to customers, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Requirements: To stand out in this opportunity, we seek a professional with: * Completed high school education (a technical background in Informatics/Electronics is a plus). * Excellent communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills. * Proactivity, organization, and attention to detail. * Availability to work under CLT employment regime.
