Job Description: We are looking for a professional with solid experience in large-scale industrial construction projects, especially in level IV risk environments, to lead technical and behavioral safety teams and act as an interface between departments and the SSMA (Safety, Health and Environment) department. This professional will be responsible for ensuring the implementation of robust safety management and supervision on construction sites, guaranteeing legal compliance, alignment with plant guidelines, and engagement of partner companies in SSMA standards. Main Responsibilities: Work on implementing industrial construction projects in level IV risk environments (preferably in the steel industry); Lead and provide technical guidance to the Work Safety Technician team, promoting technical and behavioral development; Manage and monitor safety KPIs related to the area; Maintain continuous coordination with SSMA departments, ensuring compliance with safety assumptions and regulations on construction sites; Organize and guide partner companies, ensuring alignment with project and plant SSMA standards; Implement and maintain a robust SSMA management system, promoting standardization and cultural integration of partner companies regarding safety practices; Actively participate in planning complex activities and plant shutdowns, ensuring a technical safety perspective during execution phases; Conduct training sessions, DDS (Daily Safety Dialogues), and safety-focused meetings for technicians, supervisors, and leaders from contracted companies; Act as a facilitator for safety-related solutions with client departments, third-party companies, and other company stakeholders; Ensure compliance with applicable Regulatory Standards, with special focus on NR-10, NR-12, NR-18, NR-33, and NR-35. Requirements: Technical degree in Occupational Safety (preferably); Postgraduate qualification in Occupational Safety in industrial areas; Proven experience in the role, particularly in industrial construction projects; Strong technical knowledge of key regulatory standards; Strong communication and public speaking skills for conducting training and DDS; Articulate profile with strong interpersonal and leadership abilities; Certification for working at heights (NR-35); Availability to work on-site in Sapucaia do Sul/RS.
