The Senior Supply Analyst will be responsible for planning, conducting, and managing strategic purchasing and contracting processes, ensuring the efficient supply of materials, equipment, and services necessary for the company's operations to function effectively. The role will focus on cost optimization, quality assurance, timely delivery, and compliance with internal policies and legal regulations, contributing to the efficiency and sustainability of supply processes. Key responsibilities: * Conduct medium and high-complexity purchasing processes, from quotation to negotiation and contract closing. * Analyze supply demands and develop acquisition strategies aligned with the company's cost and productivity goals. * Evaluate, approve, and manage suppliers, ensuring performance, quality, and on-time delivery. * Prepare reports and performance indicators (KPIs) for the supply area. * Support and guide internal departments regarding technical specifications, delivery timelines, and purchasing policies. * Participate in the continuous review and improvement of procurement and logistics processes. * Ensure compliance with corporate policies and governance, ethical, and sustainability practices. .
