We are seeking people who wish to grow alongside us. **Apply now and begin your journey within the ARGENTA ecosystem.** **Responsibilities and Duties** ACTIVITIES: * Perform preventive and corrective electrical maintenance on motors, machines, equipment, and production facilities to keep them in perfect working condition; * Identify defects in motors and production facility equipment, replacing worn parts or performing necessary repairs; * Assemble or refurbish electrical systems, panels, and other control devices to ensure optimal equipment operation; * Perform mechanical maintenance services, including assembly and disassembly of machines and equipment, repairing or replacing components and parts to ensure optimal functionality; * Perform preventive and corrective mechanical maintenance on all equipment and respective accessories, ensuring proper operation; verify the need for tool repairs; Lubricate and adjust all mechanical and pneumatic equipment according to each machine’s specifications, using appropriate instruments; interpret work orders issued by PCM. * **Requirements and Qualifications** REQUIREMENTS: * Completed Technical Course in Mechanics, Electronics, Electromechanics, Mechatronics, or related fields; * NR 10, NR 12, NR 33, NR 35. **Additional Information** BENEFITS * Unimed Health Plan, with 50% of the cost covered by the company for the employee; * Food Basket after 30 days of employment, with 50% of the cost covered by the company; * Cafeteria (R$ 4.00 per meal); * Chartered transportation (6% salary deduction) to Alvorada, Esteio, Gravataí, Viamão, Cachoeirinha, and Sapucaia do Sul; * Employee parking; * Fuel discount for employees, valid at any location of the network.
