Job Summary:
Work in the Mock-ups and Samples area, assembling uppers, evaluating processes, monitoring changes to promote improvements and adjustments, and performing related activities.

Work in the Mock-ups and Samples area, performing upper assembly for models according to the shoe last, evaluating processes, and coordinating with the design team on model changes to promote improvements and adjustments in assembly and relevant departmental processes, as well as performing other related and inherent duties.
11\. Prepare components for footwear assembly, organizing and identifying lasts, attaching assembly insoles, shaping components, and securing uppers onto lasts, ensuring correct execution of the production process.
2\. Verify upper sizes and left/right identification, ensuring accuracy and quality of components used in product assembly.
3\. Operate machinery and equipment for footwear assembly.
4\. Shape required areas for assembly according to the specifications indicated on the work ticket.
5\. Assemble and inspect toe caps, ensuring efficiency and precision in production.
6\. Apply adhesives for side assembly, ensuring proper bonding of parts and final product quality.
7\. Perform necessary assembly-area processes to complete the product, such as lasting, roughening, and sole bonding.
8\. Adjust the rear portion of footwear using specialized tools to ensure product quality, and nail or glue heels and soles.
9\. Remove from lasts, apply adhesive, and bond internal insoles, ensuring proper material adhesion and footwear durability.
10\. Perform minor repairs and finishing on assembled uppers, as needed, to ensure product quality.
11\. Comply with technical, quality, safety, environmental, and health standards and procedures.
12\. Maintain organization, cleanliness, and preservation of machines, equipment, and materials in the area; keep machines and equipment in operational condition by cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting as required, and request maintenance whenever necessary.
13\. Participate in internal training programs to enhance knowledge specific to the assigned department.
14\. Understand the company’s mission, principles, values, policies, and objectives, and comply with organizational and coexistence rules.
15\. Perform other professional duties related to and inherent in the position, as directed by supervisors.
