Personnel development and legal compliance Job Mission: Plan, coordinate, and execute Human Resources activities, ensuring talent attraction, retention, and development, as well as support for personnel administration routines and the company’s labor-related demands. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the responsible party for overseeing SESMT-related activities, ensuring integration among Occupational Safety, Occupational Medicine, and Human Resources departments. Monitor and support the preparation, updating, and implementation of mandatory occupational health and safety programs, such as PCMSO (Occupational Health Monitoring Program), PGR (Risk Assessment Program), LTCAT (List of Hazardous Activities and Operations), and other legally required documents. Monitor the execution of admission, periodic, return-to-work, job-function-change, and dismissal medical examinations. Track expiration dates of mandatory training courses, ASOs (Occupational Health Certificates), medical examinations, and occupational safety documentation. Coordinate interfaces with clinics, occupational physicians, safety technicians, safety engineers, and service providers in this field. Support investigations into workplace accidents, issuance of CAT (Work Accident Communication), and definition of corrective and preventive actions. Ensure compliance with Regulatory Standards (NRs) and all other applicable legal requirements related to the company’s operations. Support the implementation of health, quality-of-life, and accident-prevention campaigns. Collaborate with leadership teams to provide guidance and raise awareness regarding occupational safety and health practices. Maintain up-to-date indicators and reports related to SESMT, absenteeism, social-security leave, and workplace accidents. Desired Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields. Solid knowledge of labor and social-security legislation. Experience in recruitment and selection, labor relations, compensation, and benefits. Experience acting as a company representative (preposto) in labor hearings. Familiarity with Personnel Department routines and payroll processing. Proficiency in Excel and HR management systems.
