Dynamic environment that values diversity and growth **Commercial Assistant** ------------------------ *We are seeking a* ***Commercial Assistant*** *to support the sales team and management, directly contributing to organization, customer service, and efficiency of sales and customer relationship processes.* **Job Mission** Provide support to the sales team and management in performing operational activities, contributing to the efficiency of sales, customer service, and customer relationship processes. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Verify data and documents related to orders * Contact customers to validate information and clarify questions * Record and update information for new contracts * Prepare reports to support management * Monitor sales campaigns and assist in lead management * Distribute leads to the sales team according to defined criteria * Provide customer service support when necessary * Assist with the use of commercial tools and processes * Support internal departmental communication, ensuring information alignment ***What we seek in you:*** Completed high school; Prior experience in sales and customer service; Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and administrative routines; Schedule: Monday to Friday — 08:00 to 17:30 with 1h30 lunch break. | Saturday: 08:00 to 12:00 Communicative, proactive, organized profile with a results-oriented mindset. ***Voa Benefits:*** Meal allowance / food voucher; Transportation allowance; Attendance bonus; Special internet plan; Hospital health insurance.
