Monitor and analyze logistics performance indicators A distributor of solar energy equipment and accessories is seeking a Logistics Coordinator in Sapucaia do Sul (North Zone). Soollar is a company specialized in solar energy solutions, offering products and services for clean and sustainable energy generation. **Responsibilities:** Supervise logistics operations, managing the flow of goods from receipt to dispatch, ensuring process efficiency and adherence to established deadlines. Lead and coordinate the logistics team, assigning tasks, monitoring employee performance, and ensuring task execution quality. Monitor and analyze logistics performance indicators, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement to increase productivity and reduce operational costs. Maintain relationships with suppliers and carriers, conducting negotiations and tracking compliance with service level agreements (SLAs). Participate in the company’s logistics planning, contributing to the definition of strategies aligned with business and customer needs. Position based in Sapucaia do Sul / RS. Previous experience as Logistics Manager, Logistics Supervisor, Supply Chain Coordinator, or Logistics Analyst may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this role.
