




Responsibilities \- Lead the Sales Department team; \- Restructure the department: team, processes, and KPIs; \- Manage departmental goals and KPIs; \- Support the definition of sales strategies, commercial policies, communication policies, and pricing tables; \- Assist in developing marketing and after-sales strategies; \- Plan and conduct meetings; \- Guide and train the team, including new employees; \- Collaborate with the team to improve internal processes and company products/services; \- Participate in recruitment, selection, onboarding, promotion, and termination processes; \- Evaluate individual performance and provide feedback; \- Prospect, negotiate, and visit new strategic clients across all company products and services; \- Prepare, send, and monitor quotations; \- Conduct after-sales activities; \- Serve strategic clients in person and virtually; \- Complete spreadsheets, systems, and CRM entries; \- Attend industry-related events. Requirements: \- Completed undergraduate or technologist degree in Commercial Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields; \- Professional experience in the commercial area, preferably in manufacturing and civil construction; \- Experience managing sales teams; \- Strong negotiation and communication skills; \- Proficiency in CRM tools and data analysis; \- Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B); \- Must reside in the Vale do Sinos region. Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:30 AM–11:30 AM and 1:00 PM–6:00 PM; Friday until 5:00 PM.
