




Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for customer service, report management, tracking of requests and performance, and commercial support. Key Highlights: 1. Support to the sales manager * Perform customer service-related activities; * Conduct report analysis and management; * Provide telephone support, ensuring agility and accuracy in information conveyed; * Monitor and follow up on issue resolution to respond promptly to customer requests; * Monitor and analyze delivery performance for customers assigned to their portfolio; * Address requests from business units, clarify doubts, and provide documents and information to support sales and operational processes, ensuring compliance with current legislation; * Be responsible for appointments scheduled by suppliers, entering and tracking related information and processes in the system; * Support the account’s sales manager and assist other business units as required.
