Monitoring and reporting of indicators for continuous improvement. A metal-mechanical industry is seeking a Quality Supervisor in São Leopoldo. Dinamizar RH is a human resources specialized company offering recruitment and selection solutions. Its focus is optimizing people management processes for companies across various sectors. **Responsibilities:** Ensure technical compliance of products and processes, guaranteeing that both received raw materials and manufactured components strictly meet customer requirements and applicable standards. Lead and technically develop Inspection, Metrology, and Supplier Quality Engineering (SQE) teams, fostering a culture aimed at systematically reducing the cost of poor quality. As part of technical management, the supervisor leads non-conformity management (NCs), applies root cause analysis methodologies (e.g., Ishikawa and 5 Whys), and structures effective action plans (5W2H). Responsible for monitoring and reporting critical indicators (KPIs), such as scrap rates, rework, and returns, transforming data into continuous improvement strategies for the industry. Previous roles such as Quality Coordinator, Quality Manager, Quality Analyst, or Quality Control Supervisor may indicate alignment with some activities of this position. Bachelor’s degree required.
