Develop and implement people management policies and practices. Act as a strategic partner to leadership, supporting people-related decision-making. Manage recruitment and selection processes. Monitor HR metrics such as turnover, absenteeism, and performance. Lead employee engagement, organizational culture, and internal communication initiatives. Ensure compliance with labor legislation. Coordinate performance evaluations and development plans. Manage the HR team. Previous experience as HR Manager, HR Supervisor, Senior HR Analyst, or Organizational Development Coordinator may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
