




The administrative assistant supports the branch coordinator by performing administrative duties such as filling out spreadsheets, document control, cash register opening and closing, applying disciplinary measures to the team, personnel department routines, and serving end users. Responsibilities include: * Performing administrative and financial routines; * Purchasing, receiving, and delivering office supplies; * Requesting, receiving, and verifying materials necessary for contracted services; * Performing and managing personnel and human resources documentation; * Assisting in training on operational procedures and internal marketing campaigns; * Assisting in coordinating the team under their responsibility; * Applying disciplinary measures to the team under their responsibility; * Providing service to end users of the rotating parking system; Job type: Full-time, Permanent CLT position Salary: R$2,279.20 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation voucher Education: * Completed High School (Preferred) Experience: * Microsoft Excel (Preferred) * Administration (Preferred) * Customer Service (Preferred)
