The **Operational Assistant** is responsible for supporting field routines and unit operations, ensuring proper functioning of infrastructure and support for academic, research, and extension activities. This role involves organizing and maintaining facilities, providing logistical support for annual activities, and receiving visitors, schools, and tourists, ensuring qualified hospitality. Its objective is to contribute to the operational efficiency of Pro\-Mata by promoting a structured, functional environment suitable for institutional activities, while also supporting technical guidance for early-career professionals and managing supplies and inputs. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Carry out and keep updated the daily checklist for field routines and operational support; * Contribute to infrastructure operation, including kitchen, accommodation, equipment maintenance, heating, and support for organizing annual activities; * Organize and support Pro\-Mata activities, receiving visitors, schools, and tourists, ensuring appropriate hospitality and support for planned actions; * Provide logistical and operational support for academic and research activities conducted at Pro\-Mata, ensuring adequate infrastructure for teaching, research, and extension; * Provide technical guidance to professionals in the early stages of their development; * Support implementation of preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities; * Assist in controlling and using supplies and inputs required for operational routines. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Prerequisites:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Agronomy, Forestry Engineering, Environmental Management, Administration, or Tourism; * Ability to delegate, request, monitor, and manage supplier deliveries; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. **Additional Information** **Benefits:** * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Daycare reimbursement for children up to 4 years old; * Education assistance covering up to 80% of undergraduate tuition fees and 50% of postgraduate tuition fees; * Complementary private pension plan; * Year-end recess; * On-site meals.
