Assist with invoice (NF) entry, material receipt, and material verification and counting. Perform tasks related to the Construction Administrative Assistant role, to be carried out in Novo Hamburgo / RS. Previous experience as a Construction Administrative Assistant, Project Assistant, Construction Administrative Coordinator, or Engineering Assistant may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
