We value people and invest in our employees’ development, pursuing operational excellence and a collaborative, organized, data-driven work environment. **About the opportunity** We are seeking a **Junior ControlDesk Assistant** to join our operations team, playing a strategic role in **real-time monitoring**, supporting **operations planning**, and **analyzing performance indicators**, ensuring productivity, adherence, and efficiency in customer service. **Key responsibilities** * Monitor real-time agent occupancy and flag deviations * Track logged-in time, breaks, and schedule adherence * Support campaign and digital initiatives (SMS, WhatsApp, direct mail) * Assist with mailing list management (importing, filtering, distribution) * Generate productivity and operational performance reports * Identify improvement opportunities based on data and analysis **Requirements** * Completed high school (undergraduate studies preferred) * Basic knowledge of Excel and spreadsheets * Strong communication skills, logical reasoning, and organizational ability * Attention to detail and eagerness to learn **Preferred qualifications** * Experience in call centers, ControlDesk, planning, IT, or related areas * Knowledge of operational metrics (ASA, AHT, abandonment rate, adherence, occupancy) * Familiarity with CRM systems, dialers, or digital outreach platforms **Compensation and benefits** **Salary:** R$ **2.120,75** **Meal allowance (VA)** **Transportation allowance** or **fuel allowance** **Childcare assistance** **Dental plan** **If you identify with this position and want to grow alongside Nexus, apply now and join our team!** Job type: Full-time CLT Pay: starting at R$2.120,75 per month Benefits: * Dental insurance * Fuel allowance * Childcare assistance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
