




Job Summary: This role supports the definition and analysis of product and service pricing, evaluating feasibility and performance for continuous optimization. Key Highlights: 1. Cost, margin, and profitability analysis for monitoring **JOB OPENING:** Pricing Analyst **REQUIREMENTS:** Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields; Knowledge of healthcare regulatory standards and AMB guidelines; Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:** * Support pricing definition for Santa Catarina Network products and services, considering costs, market conditions, customer-perceived value, payment capacity, and operational sector, under direct supervision; * Support feasibility analyses for development, pricing, and implementation of new products and reimbursement models (e.g., bundles, global daily rates, capitation, global budget); * Participate in discussions with business areas and technically validate product compositions with medical and clinical teams; * Assist in analyzing product results and performance, identifying improvement and revision opportunities; * Support commercial negotiation studies, evaluating proposals and projecting outcomes; * Interface with internal departments (e.g., sales, procurement, physician relations) to identify profitability opportunities; * Review annual private-price adjustment tables, tracking the institution’s market positioning; * Support cost, contribution margin, and profitability analyses for performance monitoring; * Conduct benchmarking to monitor market pricing; * Assist in economic\-financial feasibility studies for expansion and new services; * Support updating and monitoring departmental KPIs; * Assist in building and automating reports to optimize processes; * Support customer-level ROI simulations for budgeting; * Perform job-related tasks according to administrative and operational (unit or corporate) demands; * Comply with internal policies, quality requirements, regulations, health policies, occupational safety, compliance, ESG, and LGPD; * Perform other job-related activities as directed by the immediate supervisor.
