Minimum experience of 03 to 04 years in production supervision, manufacturing processes preferably in the recycling or metallurgy sector. Technical or higher education in Production Engineering, Industrial Management or related fields. Knowledge of safety regulations (NRs \- NR\-12, NR\-35\) and waste management, waste control and performance indicators (KPIs). Skills in operational team leadership and conflict management. Supervise receiving, sorting, cutting, pressing and dispatching stages. Coordinate operational team, assigning tasks and controlling productivity. Monitor production indicators (quantity processed, yield, losses). Ensure compliance with occupational health and environmental safety standards. Support preventive and corrective maintenance of machines and equipment. Report results and incidents to production management. Must reside in Canoas and/or nearby areas. Schedule availability required. Initial salary R$ 8\.000,00 \+ 40% hazard pay. Work schedule from Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:48 with 1 hour break for lunch and rest.
