Supervise fieldwork, verifying material quality and compliance with technical standards. Develop civil engineering projects (structural, hydraulic, foundations, paving), performing calculations and analyses. Control costs, materials, and labor to ensure efficiency and productivity. Integrate disciplines such as architecture, electrical, and hydraulic engineering to prevent conflicts during execution. Prepare technical reports, expert opinions, and progress reports. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and applicable legal regulations; guide junior engineers, technicians, and interns, serving as a technical reference.
