Job Summary: IT Developer focused on end-to-end delivery, emphasizing quality, deadlines, and continuous improvement, working on building and optimizing systems, automations, and AI. Ensure data security and privacy and suggest improvements Deliver medium- and large-scale end-to-end features with emphasis on quality and deadlines. Translate business area requirements into clear specifications and tasks. Build/fine-tune services, applications, automations, AI agents, UI screens, and reports according to company standards. Test developed components and validate them in the staging environment before publishing. Monitor errors and performance post-deployment and respond promptly to issues. Integrate internal systems (e.g., ERP, Andon/factory floor, Microsoft 365/Power Platform). Document work performed (step-by-step, decisions made, evidence) in a simple and accessible manner. Conduct peer code reviews and support junior developers. Follow the deployment pipeline (CI/CD) and trigger rollback procedures when necessary. Ensure data security and privacy in compliance with internal policies and LGPD. Suggest performance, usability, and process improvements when opportunities are identified. Collaborate with product, production, and other departments to prioritize high-value items. Behavioral Skills: influential communication, scope/risk negotiation, prioritization. **Attitudes:** Ownership mindset, results orientation, and commitment to continuous improvement. **REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE:** Proficiency in Power Platform, Power Automate Cloud and Desktop, Power Apps, and AI Agents.
