Job Summary: Responsible for people management and labor relations activities, including timekeeping, excellence program management, and training. Key Highlights: 1. Internal consulting and organizational climate maintenance Support and execute people management and labor relations activities based on the following main responsibilities/demands (common to Urban Distribution, Logistics Support, Push and Pull operations): * Perform timekeeping and work schedule control; * Manage operational and administrative hour banks; * Monitor and execute Excellence Programs and DPO/VPO; * Train and update corporate standards related to the People area; * Conduct training sessions, monitor, and manage training for other departments; * Provide internal consulting to other departments within the unit; * Ensure conditions necessary to maintain the unit’s organizational climate at satisfactory levels; * Comply with legislation and maintain safe working conditions for the team; * Perform related tasks as requested by supervisors; * Carry out Geste & Gestão routines according to People Cycle, Training & Development, Engagement, Safety, and other processes; * Strictly comply with all company and client procedures, standards, and specifications; * Properly wear uniforms and personal protective equipment provided by the company, if required; * Commit to operational targets jointly defined with the client, DPO/VPO, and Excellence Program; * Demonstrate personal and professional behavior consistent with the role; * Manage employees on leave; Employment Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: R$1.696,57 – R$3.057,42 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation voucher Selection Question(s): * Do you reside in São José dos Pinhais or its surrounding region? * Do you have solid proficiency in MS Office? * Do you possess communication skills and customer service experience? * Are you familiar with the Gente & Gestão, DM Analytics, and Senior systems?
