Fleet, fuel consumption, and mileage indicator management **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Cargo and route scheduling; Responding to customers and suppliers regarding documentation required for supplier qualification in the Transportation area. Customer service for pickups and deliveries. Monitoring and updating the spreadsheet for third-party drivers for payment/ticket issuance. Monitoring and updating the driver cost reporting spreadsheet. Manifest issuance – for all invoiced shipments. Pickup orders. Guiding the Transportation team. Updating truck documentation. Managing the team and participating in interviews and performance reviews. Corrective and preventive maintenance control for light and heavy fleets. Operational training. Management of indicators for light and heavy fleets, fuel consumption, and kilometers driven. **REQUIREMENTS:** Minimum Education: Business Administration or related field. Desired Education: Specialization in Logistics. Microcomputer skills. Specific Office Suite proficiency. Tracking and routing systems. Teamwork; Ownership mindset; Proactivity; Productivity and quality; Continuous learning; Adaptability; Safety awareness. Management competencies: Leadership and people management, decision-making, and strategic vision. Residency in Gravataí/Glorinha or Cachoeirinha.
