Workplace organization and cleaning REQUIREMENTS: * Education: Minimum high school diploma * Prior experience in food companies * Proactivity * Commitment RESPONSIBILITIES: * Prepare machines and the workplace for packaging and filling; * Verify the product to be packaged and its packaging; * Confirm that the product matches the description on the packaging to be used; * Control and monitor the filling process on the equipment; * Replace film rolls and adjust film seals; * Always instruct assistants regarding daily production scheduling and tasks to be performed; * Identify malfunctions and perform minor preventive maintenance; * Knowledge of equipment setup and basic maintenance; * Adjust operational parameters in the machine’s program; * Understand the machine’s operational adjustments; * Accurately record production controls: downtime, maintenance time, hours worked, production issues, quantity produced, defective quantity, packaging losses, and product losses; * Check packaging for printed batch number, printed expiration date, properly sealed joints, absence of twisting, and absence of printing defects; * Weigh 8 units every 48 units produced, and also convey these checks to assistants when present; * Always ensure net weight is at least the amount declared on labeling; * Always verify display quality; if supplier defects are found, segregate defective items and notify the operator; * Always verify the barcode (EAN) on both the label and sachet, ensuring they match; * Pay close attention to product batch numbers and expiration dates; * Organize the production area; * Clean equipment and workstations; **Equipment Used:** • Automatic dry product packaging equipment with 4 dosing scales • Dry powder product packaging equipment with screw doser • Tools used: spoons, scoops, screwdrivers, Allen keys, rubber mallets Compensation: R$2\.600,00 \- R$2\.621,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Fuel allowance * Meal voucher * Food allowance * Transportation voucher Work Location: On-site
