The professional will be responsible for managing the internal sales process, closing deals, and continuously developing the customer portfolio, with a focus on revenue generation and sustainable growth. Main Responsibilities * Conduct negotiations through to closure, ensuring agility and assertiveness in the commercial process. * Manage and develop the customer portfolio, maintaining active and recurring relationships. * Identify and explore growth opportunities * Keep the CRM updated, including pipeline control, follow\-ups, and sales forecasting. Requirements * Experience in B2B inside sales, including deal closure and portfolio management. * Communication and negotiation skills across remote channels (telephone, e\-mail, and WhatsApp). * Organization and discipline to manage multiple opportunities and customers. * Results-oriented profile with autonomy and ability to sell value (not just price). Salary: R$ 3\.000,00 \+ meal allowance \+ attendance bonus \+ subsidized health plan \+ commission (Bonus of R$ 500.00 per month for the first 6 months). Minimum Education: Technical Course
