Team integration and assurance of narrative and visual consistency. * Develop **comprehensive communication plans** for clients, covering everything from positioning to tactical execution. * Build **integrated omnichannel communication strategies**, encompassing social media, CRM, press, influencers, and internal and external campaigns. * Plan **seasonal and thematic campaigns**, aligned with the commercial calendar and business objectives. * Structure **strategic editorial briefs**, timelines, and editorial guidelines across all communication channels. * Lead alignment meetings with clients to define strategies, priorities, and next steps. * Define **KPIs, targets, and success metrics**, monitor results, and propose adjustments. * Conduct market, competitor, and trend research to support strategic decision-making. * Create **clear and comprehensive briefs** for social media, copywriting, design, video, and performance teams. * Facilitate cross-team integration, ensuring **narrative coherence and visual consistency** across all deliverables. * Monitor social media and other channels to identify **content opportunities, trends, and strategic insights**. * Establish internal processes for **demand organization**, prioritization, and continuous client advancement. * Serve as the guardian of each brand’s strategy, ensuring all communication adheres to the defined positioning.
