We are seeking a **PURCHASING ASSISTANT** to work at a company located in **NOVO HAMBURGO**. **Responsibilities:** Assist with daily procurement activities, including obtaining quotations, issuing purchase orders, and tracking orders with suppliers. Responsible for entering invoices into the system, supporting procurement management, following up on pending items, and monitoring defective or discrepant goods. Also involved in information control and supporting departmental negotiations. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in procurement or administrative roles; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; * Familiarity with ERP systems; * Basic knowledge of inventory control, purchase orders, and invoice verification; * Knowledge of Power BI and Excel/VBA automation is desirable; * Experience with industrial maintenance-related products is considered a plus; * Completed high school education; * Organized, communicative, proactive, and resilient personality; * Residency in the region is desirable. **The company offers:** * Competitive remuneration; * Comprehensive benefits package; * Working hours: Monday to Friday.
