And we continuously promote **transformation and innovation**, seeking new ideas and ways to evolve—whether in products, services, or processes. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Execute receipt, verification, and system entry (SAP - E-document) of fiscal documents according to internal procedures, resolving issues and contributing to continuous process improvement. * Identify discrepancies in values and orders between fiscal invoices and information recorded in the system (SAP), coordinating with responsible departments to resolve documentation issues enabling proper invoice registration. * Issue outgoing fiscal invoices (NFW), shipment invoices for processing, returnable packaging invoices, among others. * Register CTEs (Transportation Receipts) using Lincros tools. * Perform monthly closing procedures to ensure compliance of accounting entries and material inventory records. * Participate in cyclic and general inventories, performing verification, registration, and label organization. * Comply with quality management, occupational safety, and environmental policies and procedures within your area. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Intermediate proficiency in Office tools. * Knowledge of the SAP system. * Familiarity with fiscal documents is required. * Completed high school education. * Technical certification or undergraduate degree is a plus. * Ability to critically review documents for verification. **Additional Information** * Medical and dental assistance; * Cafeteria (factories); * Transportation allowance / Shuttle service (factories); * Life insurance; * Private pension plan; * PLR - Profit and Results Sharing Program; * Discounts on Midea Carrier products for you, friends, and family; * **Midea Carrier Education Program** — financial support provided to employees for continuous learning and development at colleges, universities, and educational institutions (after 12 months of employment); * **Testers Program** — aimed at enhancing the quality and efficiency of Midea Carrier products through employee usage and evaluation. * Work location: Canoas * Work modality: On-site * Working hours: 7:20 AM – 5:08 PM * Employment contract: CLT We are **Midea Carrier**, a joint venture between **Midea**, one of the world’s largest manufacturers of home appliances and air conditioners, and **Carrier**, a global leader in HVAC and the company founded by Willis Carrier, the inventor of modern air conditioning.
