Since she fills out forms, attention to detail is important, and above all, resilience is crucial not to give up when facing the challenges of helping people understand that they need to plan for difficult times they are not yet aware they will face: the loss of a loved one. * Approach and prospect customers along the route, presenting products using appropriate language and communication, following standard methods and overcoming objections, persistently working towards closing the sale; * Listen and respond to customer inquiries in a courteous and respectful manner, clarifying more complex doubts to provide greater confidence in purchasing the product; * Fill out forms and reports related to customers and daily sales activities, to register new customers in our data system and enable performance tracking by the team leader; * Close sales by receiving and verifying payment amounts related to the membership proposal and/or operating the card machine, thereby finalizing the negotiation and providing accountability to the leader; * Process card payments according to the customer's preference, attaching the payment receipt to the membership proposal; * Maintain positive relationships with customers during both the sale and post-sale phases, interacting respectfully and courteously, ensuring ongoing positive engagement and an active customer portfolio; * Contact customers with payment delays within the three installments following the sale, to control the retention rate; * Schedule sales appointments for cases where customers are unable to make immediate payment at the time of sale; * Conduct on-call sales at one of the Essential Plan units, approaching customers visiting the units to complete sales and answer questions. 251125020246456610
