





Responsibilities: 1. Provide customers, when necessary, with contact information and location of the supplier for technical assistance regarding electronic and electrical products after the in-store exchange period; 2. Receive and process all damaged products found in the store, providing a form to record full details of the damaged products and of the employee who discovered them; 3. Submit corporate customer registration to the responsible department for subsequent issuance of the approved credit limit for purchases via bank slip; 4. Sort damaged products for presentation to management, enabling assessment of each product’s condition and guidance on its disposition; 5. Process product returns/exchanges for various reasons.
