**JOB DESCRIPTION:** **1. Project Analysis and Interpretation:** * Reading of drawings and specifications; * Interpretation of standards; * Analysis of descriptive memorandum; **2. Quantity Surveying:** * Raw materials; * Additional components; * Third-party services; **3. Cost and Labor Composition:** * Production time estimation; * Calculation of direct labor; * Machinery and equipment costs; **4. Final Price Determination:** * Total direct cost; * Indirect costs (IC); * Benefits and indirect expenses (BIE); * Preparation of commercial proposal; **5. Support and Follow-up:** * Material quotation; * Revisions; * Interface with other departments; **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical education in building construction (completed) or * Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering (completed) or * Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering (completed) and * AutoCAD and Inventor or SolidWorks (intermediate level); * Experience in cost estimation; **SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:** * In-depth technical knowledge (engineering/architecture); * Data analysis and interpretation; * Proficiency in cost estimation software and tools; * Attention to detail and logical reasoning; * Effective communication and negotiation skills; **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:** * Employment type: CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws); * Work location: Grupo Unimetais – Macaíba/RN; * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:48 PM; * 50% coverage of Hapvida health plan; * 50% coverage of Unidentis dental plan; * Transportation routes available for certain areas of Natal and Greater Natal; Job type: Full-time, permanent CLT position; Salary: BRL 1,518.00 – BRL 3,000.00 per month
