Ensure compliance with routines, processes, and regulations We are hiring a **Restaurant Coordinator** to work in an **industrial kitchen**, responsible for coordinating the production team, organizing operational routines, and supporting unit management. **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate the production team of the industrial kitchen; * Support management in scheduling, purchase list preparation, and inventory control; * Monitor large-volume meal production; * Ensure compliance with unit routines, processes, and regulations; * Ensure implementation of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety regulations; * Use operational systems for control and management support. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's or technical degree in Nutrition; * Solid experience in team leadership; * Experience in collective feeding production exceeding 800 meals; * Knowledge of industrial kitchen routines and processes; * Knowledge of GMP and food safety regulations; * Familiarity with operational systems.
