About the Position We are seeking a **Workshop Manager** to lead and supervise workshop operations. This professional will be responsible for ensuring productivity, efficiency, and service quality, as well as managing the team and delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities * Manage and supervise workshop activities, ensuring productivity and adherence to deadlines. * Plan and assign daily tasks among team members. * Guarantee service quality and compliance with company standards. * Establish and maintain strong customer relationships by providing support and solutions tailored to their needs. Requirements * Completed high school education * Driver’s license (CNH) * Technical training in mechanics * Prior experience as a Workshop Manager * Knowledge of workshop tools and processes * Computer literacy Desirable * Familiarity with the Stellantis Group (Peugeot, Citroën, Fiat, Jeep, etc.) * Leadership profile and team management experience * Strong communication skills Working Hours * Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (with a 1.5-hour break) * Alternate Saturdays: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
