Manages the organization, control, and updating of academic and functional documentation, ensuring compliance with institutional, legal, and regulatory requirements. **Prerequisites:** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience with Personnel Department routines and/or academic routines. **Desirable:** * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, or related fields; * Experience in educational institutions; * Experience in managing residents, interns, or training programs; * Knowledge of document control and academic administrative workflows; * Familiarity with human resource management systems or academic management systems
