**Job Description:** We are seeking a Monitoring Operator to join our team. The Monitoring Operator will be responsible for supervising and operating security monitoring systems, ensuring effective detection and response to incidents and risk situations. **Responsibilities:** * Monitor and operate security systems, including surveillance cameras, alarms, and other monitoring devices. * Identify and assess suspicious activities or risk situations and take necessary actions according to established procedures. * Communicate in real time with security and response teams, providing accurate information and coordinating appropriate actions. * Maintain detailed records of incidents, activities, and actions taken during the shift. * Collaborate with team members and provide support during emergencies or crises. JOB REQUIREMENTS **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (or equivalent). * Prior experience in security monitoring or similar roles is desirable. * Basic knowledge of security systems, such as surveillance cameras and alarms. * Effective communication skills and the ability to make quick decisions. * Availability to work rotating shifts, both day and night. * Commitment to security, reliability, and attention to detail. **Required Knowledge:** * Access control. * Monitoring and CCTV. * Remote gatehouse operations. * CCTV | Alarm systems.
